In "Liquid Diarrhea During Sleep," we are introduced to DirtyGirlMary as she sleeps soundly in her bed. However, unbeknownst to her, her body is preparing for a night of explosive diarrhea that will leave both her and the viewer feeling shocked and slightly disgusted. As the clip progresses, we see DirtyGirlMary tossing and turning as she struggles with her bowels, which are becoming increasingly full and unstable.
